How to get it?
To be eligible for this offer you must need to:
- Have a GitHub user account.
- Be at least 13 years old.
- Be enrolled in a degree or diploma-granting course of studies. (high school, secondary school, college, university, homeschool, or similar educational institution.)
- Have a school-issued email address or Documents (school ID/affiliation or enrollment verification letter)to prove your current student status.
If you are eligible for this offer you can apply for the GitHub student pack and get the pack. It might take few days to verify your information. Once your information is verified you will get access to dev tools and courses for free.

- Click on GitHub Developer Pack
- Click on the
get your packbutton. - Click on the
Get Student Benefits - You’ll be linked to a simple application page, fill the details
- If you have a school-issued email, select (or add it).
- If you don’t have a school-issued email, follow the prompts to fill out additional information. You’re still eligible even if you only have a personal Gmail address, as long as you can provide documentation to verify your current student status. And after that, you need to fill in text fields such as What’s the name of your school? / How Do you plan to use GitHub?.
